This is super product. The interface is great and easy to use. Improves throttle response and quicker shifts. Another important feature for me was the tire size adjuster. I’m running 35s so setting it took me a couple of trys and 33 was a perfect setting. Looks like you need to consider the tires under squat.

I had bought some 20" Lariat Wheels for my F150, and the tire diameter changed by 3", so my speedo was almost 10% off. Plugged in your Superchips Flashcal and changed the tire diameter, and presto! My speedo is reads correct again! Along with the estimated MPG that is calculated is also much more accurate. The other adjustment I made was switching from Load range D to Load range C tires, my TPMS sensors were telling me low tire pressure, and the Flashcal also let me change the pressure at which the idiot light comes on at!

Bought this product although being skeptical. Turns out to be a perfect product for changing tire size. I plan to do the software upgrade to the flashpaq.

I bought this to get the speedometer working with bigger 35 inch tires (this unit goes up to 34 inch tires on my F250 -which worked for me). Tpms disable works awesome too. I notice some reviews stating that they had to play with tire size to get the speedometer right. i just want to add that you also need to set the gear ratio to whatever is in your diff. I have stock gears in my truck but my setup didnt work until I selected the 3.31 gear option on the flashcal. Leaving the flashcal set to “stock” did not work for me. I am super happy with this unit!

Easy To Use

2018 F150 ecoboost with 2019 Raptor 35" (34.5" actual diameter) tires and wheels. Like some others I had to set the tire diameter to 33.5" to get speedometer to match GPS speed on my phone. The good - - I liked that I could lower the TPSM on the rear only to accommodate the lower air pressure I run, I don't carry many loads and lower the pressure in the rear tires to get even tread wear and better ride. The bad - - I didn't like that after putting in the correct 34.5" tire diameter the speedometer was now off showing 5 mph fast at 65 mph. - After changing the TPSM to 33 psi my warning light came on the next morning (after letting the tires cool over night). I went back in to lower it to 32 but it showed the stock value at 35psi when it was already changed it to 33psi. It does the same for the tire diameter. So you need to write down the values after changing them so if you need to go back in you know where your at. So Superchips if you can have the Flashcal show your new inputted value when going into that field it would be nice.

Easy to use

I bought the flashcal about a month ago and it is so easy to use. I mainly bought it to adjust for my bigger tires. The reason I took a star off is because of how many adjustments it took to get my speedo right. I have 35/12.5/18 bfgs that are about 3 years old. The measure just about 34" so I put that into the flashcal but my speedo was still about 5 mph off. I kept adjusting to try and get it closer finally found a good setting at 33" which is odd to me. But it seems to do the job. Haven't had to clear any codes yet but so far so good.

I installed the Superchips Flashcal in my 2017 F350 with a power stroke diesel. What an amazing upgrade. The speedometer is calibrated perfectly and TPMS is no longer an annoyance. I do have to be aware of the throttle response when leaving a stop light as the rubber on my rear 35” tires barks if I am bit easy on it. Not a real problem that I don’t like just a lot of horsepower with when using the programmer.

2012 f150 fx4 18in wheels. I bought just to calibrate for 35s. Product works ok, but takes some work and patience. Biggest complaint is that it won't tell you what the trucks parameters are set to. You can only pick parameters and load them. My tires squat at 33.5 and I had to work it all the way down to 30.00in to read right. Way smaller than stock tires even. Give yourself a couple hours.

I had no troubles using this on my 2108 F-150 FX4. I put 35" Nitto Grapplers on my stock 20" rims and my speedo was off by over 5mph the faster I would go (speedo showed 69 GPS showing 75...). After following the instructions to update the device via my PC, I plugged into my OBD port and followed the instructions. I realized all tires are not exactly the same, so even though my tires are 35" , I had to do a couple of test drives to dial it in eventually setting it at 34.50" and now speedo is spot on.

Just went up 2 inches on tire size for F150. Knowing that my speedometer and shift points will be off, I researched calibration tools and the Flashcal came out on top. Instructions were easy to understand and making the needed adjustments on the device was a breeze. Got truck dialed in within 15 minutes. Best feature is that I can update device to a tuner at a later date.

I recently lifted my truck and needed to change the tire size. The colored screen is nice and bright compared to my older Superchip I have for my Jeep. Always nice to be able to read a code from home too. Highly recommend.
