Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some good some not so much. First impression was not awesome, I did the hand held update like the instructions said. It was the latest version so I began to install, once installed(which is super easy) the system would not recognize anything and would freeze up. Called tech support (20+ minute wait) they said he would re send a new update because "some" units have been having issues. After that all was well until I disconnected the stop/start function completely. Well if you do this then your remote start system is turned off. Now who would want to shut off the remote start system?!?? Maybe this should be in the product notes somewhere... I'm only on day 2 with this unit so we'll see how it goes from here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfect I purchased a Jeep gladiator and made mods to the tires and a lift kit. The system is just perfect for the price point. Great product!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didn’t work on delivery- no response from customer Received and followed the instructions. Downloaded their update software and update the unit. First time I plugged it in unit just froze with the “follow us on” and support telephone number. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up and contacted support online. After 24 hours of no response I sent another message. Again no response. Deleted all the files on the unit and used the update again and unit worked. Once working it’s very easy to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FRUSTRATING PRODUCT I followed the same directions over and over. 4 hours late I get the same message, "missing files" when plugged into the Jeep. I even deleted all the files and redownloaded all the files as suggested by one of the reviewers here. Still doesn't work. Their technical support is nonexistent. No one is ever there.

Can a unit made for a jku be updated to work with the jt? Kept my unit from last Jeep thinking it may work and doesn’t!

    Asked by: Jaked
Yes it does work. Download update client from their site and update to latest. You'll need to buy the bypass module from them though. Customer service was great btw when I inquired about this, and even helped me when I saw my F5 was still locked to JKU VIN, another free update of it via the software was all it took. I then was able to update for 33" tires, change TPMS thresholds, and enable Aux Switches. Highly recommend this product!

Will this turn on the Aux switches?

    Asked by: SteveR
Yes, it will allow you to activate the aux module after installation. Saving you an expensive trip to the dealership service center.

Can it turn off the low tire pressure system if you put larger tires with out the tire pressure sensers in them?

    Asked by: lbarber
You can use our device to turn off the low pressure warning but since the sensors are not in the tires you will still have a tpms fault in the info center

If you are using this to only update tire size, after the tuning is installed and the device removed, do you need to flash to stock setting prior to dealership visits? With the AEV Procal snap you aren’t’ bypassing the SGM so you don’t revert to stock.

    Asked by: Gnala
Its always best to return the vehicle back to stock before going into the dealer so they do not write over our tuning

After adjusting the tire size, can I remove the security jumper and place security plugs back into the normal state or will I need to keep the jumper in place to hold the new tire size?

    Asked by: heliix
You can remove it once the tuning is installed

Is there a FlashPaq download available for the Jeep Gladiator or do you utilize another model?

    Asked by: aoe3cheng
We are still working on the engine tuning at this time. Once tuning is released you will be able to upgrade online

Does the Gladiator model turn off the Smart Start/Stop to leave permanently in the off position? Meaning, I don’t have to turn it off each time I start the Jeep?

    Asked by: RSK545
no it wont, it only tells you to unplug it under the hood...which will cause a check ESS light to come on ALL the dont need to spend $240 to do that....just sayin
