What are the dimensions of the Dashpaq: Height, Width and Thickness? Is the Dashpaq the same size for all vehicles? If not, this would be for a 2005 Dodge Ram Diesel. Thank you, Brad

Asked by: NMCajun
The screen is the same size for all vehicles. This is 4 1/8" wide x 2" tall and 3/4" thick

If my understanding is correct in order to get all the features to work I have to buy all the wire harness separately

Asked by: rlord4him
No. This module will read all of the factory parameters that the vehicles pcm will allow us to view. Go through the vehicle selection and then select the dashpaq. Scroll towards the bottom of the screen and select "pids" that will show you what you will be able to view through the obd2 port

I have an 80 series landcruiser with 03 dodge cummins engine painless wiring harness will this unit work

Asked by: Daniel B
We have not tested on engine swap vehicles. Ideally all the factory wiring and modules would have to be swapped over as well. Unfortunataly i cannot say if our device will be able to communicate if all the factory wiring and modules are not installed along with the engine. I would reccomend going with our sister company Diablosport.

Will this help my 2005 dodge diesel mileage? I had a friend that had something from your company installed in his dodge and his diesel mileage jumped!

Asked by: Danielle
Hi Danielle, power to weight ratio determines a lot of your fuel mileage. I can only a speak on my own experience. When I increased the horsepower and torque with the Superchip Dashpaq on my truck I gained approx. 1 1/2 - 2 miles more per gallon. Only If I stayed out of the throttle. (keeping the tac under 2000 RPM at all times) For me that was harder than you'd think. You have one of the best motors Cummings make to date. ( not that the 6.9 isn't a good motor) But you will enjoy the most power and torque gains w/ fuel mileage possible having the 05-06, 5.9L engine. Of course that is in my  humble opinion. Take care and have fun Danielle.
