This made my Jeep feel completely different, in a good way though.  The power level is really noticeable and feels like I got way more power and control over how I want to drive my Jeep.  I could definitely notice how much my pedal response had improved after installing the Pulsar.  The install process was real simple and cycling through the power levels is real easy, especially being able to do it while driving without a problem. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is trying to add some power to your Jeep. The only downside of the Pulsar is if you are used to filling up with the cheapest gas, like myself, then you will have to pay a little more for higher octane gas because it does recommend it. If not, you may get some “popping” in the exhaust which is what I experienced but I quickly switch the power level to 1 until I refilled with higher octane and went back to level 4 without a problem.  But, other than that, I love this thing and I’ll probably never go back to stock.

This was installed in my Jeep a couple weeks ago and I have ran it through the paces on 85 grade fuel and 91 octane … full tanks. Either way, it is amazing.

I installed this along with a TrailCal. I had already done a Cold Air Intake and Catback exhaust last year and had seen some performance improvement. I also previously had used another tuner for tire size, so between all those, I had seen a good chunk of MPG recapture after the lift and 35’s. The TrailCal shift points are way better.

The Pulsar power is a large difference. Easily more of a power and torque increase than the CIA and Exhaust combined. It also has it in the low RPMs where you feel the power. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend both. It feels like a completely different vehicle now.

I really liked that it was a quick & easy install and liked I didn’t have to change out the original PCM.  The only issue with the install was the other accessories we already had installed like the sPod and the ARB compressor.  We had to initially remove the sPod and use washers to lift & level this and the bracket for the ARB needed to be removed and then trimmed before reinstalling.  I like the added power and how you change the power level on the Jeep.

With my pulsar set on level 3 I noticed a big seat of the pants house power gain!  I was able to cut 2 full seconds off my 0-60mph time and 3 seconds off the 60-80mph times!  And there is still level 4 that I haven’t even touched yet! And my mileage increased as well! Love the change on the fly ability too!
