Is performance as bad as getting it sent?

Monday 1/3/22 ordered a 45450 superchip with overnight delivery. Received the WRONG part (45454) on Wednesday 1/5/22. Didn’t notice until I was leaving for the garage doing the work on Thursday 1/6/22 when the chip looked nothing like what I ordered. Called Superchips and they acted like it was impossible that they made a mistake. Asked for the correct chip be sent overnight to arrive on Friday, 1/7/22. Called Friday and they had never sent the chip because the order did not print out (huh?) and assured me I will get it Saturday 1/8/22. Checked UPS and now scheduled to arrive Monday 1/10/22. If the superchip is as high quality as the ordering and sending it, do not buy this product! They made no effort to get me the right part and did not return my overnight fee. Had to reschedule appointment twice and will have to do it again.

excellent quality and easy installation

was a quick installation because I do not have the stock intake my only doubt was with the installation with the bracket because only 2 screws were left in place to install the pcm with the pulsar to this bracket. but outside of that very good product there is much improvement in the response of the accelerator pedal. I recommend this product for the owners of JL's

Great on-the-fly functionality!

Love the in-line module, piggyback design. The ability to change power levels on-the-fly with the use of the steering wheel-mounted cruise control buttons is nothing short of amazing. The one pitfall of this product - and it's a fairly significant one - is the necessity to remove the module prior to dealership servicing. (Removing the module is *not* an unplug and plug-in process, by any means.)
