Don't work, customer service is no help

Tried to install software on 4 different computers. Got it to install on 2 of them but when I hook up the flashcal it wont recognize it. Tech says it's my computer's. But 4 different ones? Highly doubtful. I just want to send it back and get my money back

Bought this to compensate for larger tire size on a 2017 Silverado. Speedometer is dead on now! Ended up purchasing the Flashpaq upgrade so can't tell for sure if the Flashcal or Flashpaq helped with my shifting but either way they are both worth it.

GM 2545 Flash Cal

I bought this Flash Cal to update the tire size on my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali. Worked as described and very easy and quick to install. Got lucky and had a local police department who had a speed limit sign up giving you your speed. It corrected the speedometer to within 1 mph in reference to their speed device. Great product. Will be looking into upgrading to the FlashPaq at some point.

It works but needs more

I am not completely new to the superchips family. This is my 2nd superchips programer. I also have a older version for my 2000 K2500. Let me say that I’ve had no issues with then older version I could adjust performance, transmission shifts, gear ratio, tire size just to mention a few. I guess I was comparing apples to oranges when I purchased the flashcal. It doesn’t have half the features my old superchips programer has but it works as advertised. I think I should have spent the money and got a full featured superchips product.

I bought the flashcal to correct my speedometer after getting bigger tires. In less than 10 minutes it was corrected and I was back on the road. Definitely going to upgrade it to the flashpaq.

Greatly improved fuel mileage

After putting larger tires on my GMC 1500 z71 the fuel mileage was horrible. Updated with the flash cal and my mileage is now over 20 mpg highway. Love it.

When I purchased I thought it was also a code reader which would also read other vehicles come to find out it does not very disappointed in that aspect of this may not expand now! have to go out and buy another code reader

I have a 2008 5.3 Tahoe and loved everything about it other than the AFM that's a ticking timebomb for the motor. I did a ton of research of various methods to delete the AFM/DOD and finally found the FlashCal. A 2008 Tahoe was not listed as an application for the Chevy FlashCal but seeing as though it's basically the same thing as a 2008 Silverado I figured it'd work so I called Superchips to be sure and they said it would work. Sure enough I plugged it in after it arrived and a few minutes later AFM/DOD was no longer active! I've now put 1,000 miles on it in V8 mode only and I'm really happy with the results and how smooth the truck is now. It was well worth the $200 for the peace of mind in deleting AFM/DOD and the issues it can cause to the motor. Also it's worth mentioning I'm a longtime automotive DIY'r but this was the first time I've ever used any kind of programmer device and it was very easy and intuitive to use.

Awesome company to deal with. Bought this for my 2011 Z71 to delete the AFM. From unpacking the unit, to updating it, to plugging it into my truck. And deleting the AFM. All of 20 minutes. Truck responds sooo much better now. Highly recommend this unit. For the price versus a rebuild on engine when it goes south. Well worth it!

After swapping 3.42 gears for 4.10 in my 2000 GMC Sierra my ABS and brake light warnings would come after driving approx 5 minutes. I used the Flashpac to reset computer with my tire size and gears. Worked like a champ now my speedometer is correct and no more warnings.

I put a leveling kit and some oversize tires on my truck and ended up with a sluggish ride. I thought I was going to have to dump out another couple grand on the gear ratio. Until I found the flash Cal. save me some time to figure my next steps.

I bought this product two weeks ago to adjust the spedo in my 2006 2500 HD. I had multiple issues with configuration and several error messages not allowing me to make any changes to my truck. After 4 tech support calls I got the correct tire size collaboration for the tires. Tech support was the highlight of the process. Thanks for doing a great job and refusing to give up.

Followed the instructions and checked for software updates before plugging into my 2016 Chevy 1500, 5.3L. Programmed the truck for the tire size I have on. Truck shifts much better now. I’ll reprogram when I go to the next tire size. Wish I could use it on my father in laws truck. He runs 35” tires and we drive the same year/model except his is an LTZ 4X4.

So I just got to use it on my truck and it works perfectly, exactly like it was described, my issue is more of a convenience thing than an issue.. Can't use cruise control with this installed which is kind of a c*nt but beyond that I was lead to understand that it may be upgr by an update online to the flashpro how's this accomplished?

Worth the money

I bought this to turn off the afm 4 cyl mode and it did the trick with no complication. Now I can calibrate my tire size when I get bigger tires and clear codes for the same price as the competiors that just turn off afm. I am very happy with this purchase. Wasn’t wanting to tune or add power just couldnt stand the helicopter noise that my exhaust made in 4 cyl mode. This is worth every cent.

Does what it should

Bought this to correct my tire size setting for my 06 Avalanche. Wish it had a metric setting but the standard was close enough. The fact that it also acts as a code reader and you can also have real time monitoring that you can record and download make it worth the cost.

AFM delete + perfect
